Lately at work we have been finishing fairly early. Its really nice to have some free time to do things I would like to do, like this blog. Sometimes you just need a little background noise as well, that where television come into play.
While surfing channels one night my co-worker and I discovered this awesome show on PBS called America in Primetime. Its really quite interesting! It talks about how America is portrayed on television and what kinds of characters are reflective of what was happening in America at the time.
Sounds lame, I know. But when you work in television and you love TV & film like I do, it really peaked my interest. Here's a clip.
We both just finished the three seasons of Parks and Recreation on Netflix and we loved it! Me and Nicole have been looking for something new to fill our lives.
What have you discovered on TV lately? Any good shows you can recommend?
Also in a side note, I have been dead tired lately because Oliver has been waking up very early. Like 6:00 early. Which is about the time that I'm just starting to get into my deep sleep. Not fun. On top of that I had some extra freelance work to do, and I've been waking up early to get things done.
I'm not looking for a pity party, just some understanding about why I've been so sluggish this week
