Today is like a third day in my weekend. I love it. It's a little weird because it was Nicole's first day as a 'Official' Stay at Home Mom. We really didn't know what to do with it. It was just like another weekend day, but were just bumming around the house twiddling out thumbs. We really just ran a few errands, took a nap and had an overall relaxing day. Three day weekends are awesome!
I had a hard time sleeping this morning. I just couldn't get my mind to stop racing. I keep thinking about what sort of things I can do to earn some extra money for my family. But not just that, I keep trying to think of things that I can do for this blog or things to produce for a YouTube channel. I came up with an idea for a series of videos, but I'm not sure if I know how I'm going to do it or if I'm going to do it. I'm still thinking about it.
In other news, the show I work for is pretty good at showing things that their target audience is interested. Good for the show, bad for me. Mostly because I'm not a middle aged woman that watches daytime television. Most of the time they show cheesy, cutesy videos that have something to do with cats or babies . I try to keep the comments to my self but sometimes there is just too much cheese for me to ignore. But now and again they feature something really great. Here is one of those videos:
I really liked this video because I have several family members that are mentally or physically disabled in some way. I really think we can learn something from people that have limitations in some way. So get to know the people around you, no matter who they are.
